Dominvs group has secured planning permission for a new 78-apartment scheme in the heart of Enfield town centre.
Located at 100 Church Street, the development will provide highly sought-after contemporary 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes and affordable housing to professionals, families, and first-time buyers in the local area.
The new scheme has been designed by award-winning urban architects Maccreanor Lavington, providing modern, liveable, and high-quality homes in Enfield town centre just 35 minutes from Moorgate Station. The development has been designed with a beautiful traditional brick facade, large bay windows, and balconies with views over New River.
Enfield has ambitious targets to deliver housing over the coming years, and we look forward to working alongside the local community and Council to become a long-term partner in the area.”

Designed in harmony with the surrounding area, the residential scheme includes new amenity spaces, landscaped areas for tree planting to maximise green space, and a green roof. The site will be planted with semi-mature trees and meadows, providing a river corridor for wildlife and a rich and stimulating setting for the local community and residents to enjoy.
The scheme will also provide residents with easy access to London as well as the neighbouring countryside that borders Enfield, and includes dedicated communal play space for children and families in the development. The scheme includes ample bike parking facilities as well as new direct pedestrian access for the local community to New River through the site.
The new development is located just 0.2 miles from Enfield Chase Station and 0.4 miles from Enfield Town Station. Residents will also have easy access to the M25 and North Circular motorways. Located in the heart of the Enfield community, the new development will provide much-needed housing in Enfield and generate further footfall in the town centre.
Dominvs group acquired the site in August 2019. Construction of the development will start later this year, and is one of three Dominvs group projects in the Borough of Enfield. The scheme is sited on a previously unused brownfield site allocated for housing in Enfield’s Draft Local Plan. The consent was the result of extensive engagement with the local community.
Husnell Ahluwalia, Principal at Dominvs group, said:
“Enfield is a fantastic area to live and work. We’re delighted to receive consent for this development, which will provide high-quality, sought-after housing for professionals, families, and first-time buyers.”
