Founded in 2011, Dominus is a progressive, family-run developer and operator, specialising in driving urban renewal through the delivery of student living, residential, mixed use and hotel schemes across London and in other major cities across the UK.

What We Do
We identify space and unlock potential, developing in-demand assets that will benefit end-users and the communities they inhabit.
We have a wide range of in-house skills, including planners, land surveyors, asset management specialists and operations professionals. We take a value-added, integrated approach, working with the best people to reduce risk and deliver solid returns.

We have seven student living schemes either completed or currently in development, with nearly 4,500 beds across more than 1.6million ft2. Notably, this includes our Holborn Viaduct and 65 Crutched Friars schemes in the City of London, with 669 and 782 rooms respectively, and a combined GDV of almost £700m.

To date we have delivered nine hotels, including The Dixon and Lost Property in London, and Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford, creating 2,453 rooms across nearly 1million ft2 of floor space.

Our landmark regeneration scheme in Chelmsford will create 500 homes and commercial space across 400,000 ft2, in addition to the 1,085 new homes we have already delivered across the country.
