Set in the heart of Wembley Park, this landmark mixed-use scheme includes 493 apartments and penthouses, together with over 30,000 sq. ft of retail and creative space.

As well as the collection of high-quality new homes, the buildings will play host to weekly makers’ markets, pop-up stalls, exhibitions and much more, contributing to Wembley’s ongoing regeneration as a hub for business, entertainment and creativity.

And that’s not all. The landscaping plans are designed to protect and promote local biodiversity. By extending the existing Wealdstone Brook so that a tributary runs through the development, the site will become a sustainable home for Wembley’s flora and fauna. The 900-cycle parking spaces, new cycle lanes and pedestrian boulevards further this commitment to sustainability.

Wembley Park is a hive of activity, a bustling neighbourhood where pop-up restaurants and pocket parks meet big-name brands and world-leading entertainment. We wanted Euro House, our site on Fulton Road, to reflect this energy. Working with AHMM architects, we’re replacing the former disused warehouse building with a new public realm and four new buildings rising from 11 to 21 storeys.
