Student living
We have seven student living schemes either completed or currently in development, with nearly 4,500 beds across more than 1.6million ft2. Notably, this includes our Holborn Viaduct and 65 Crutched Friars schemes in the City of London, with 669 and 782 rooms respectively, and a combined GDV of almost £700m.
Hotels
To date we have delivered nine hotels, including The Dixon and Lost Property in London, and Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford, creating 2,453 rooms across nearly 1million ft2 of floor space.
Mixed use
Our landmark regeneration scheme in Chelmsford will create 500 homes and commercial space across 400,000 ft2, in addition to the 1,085 new homes we have already delivered across the country.
