Dominus will move to a new London headquarters that is more than double the size of its existing office, as part of its latest expansion plans. The real estate investor, developer, and operator has taken on space in the city’s West End – at 82 Baker Street (with a private Dominus entrance to the building via 12 Dorset Street) – for more than 13,000 square feet of Grade A office stock.

Dominus, which has a £2.5 billion asset portfolio, has grown at pace over the last few years resulting in a need for more office space. Following the launch of Dominus Hospitality in March 2025 and with a student platform launching later this year, Dominus now employs 60 people at head office and another 400 across its operational hotel portfolio. With its new, larger headquarters, the business plans to grow its team to 100 people at head office and 600 across its operational portfolio by 2027 as its pipeline of hotels and student housing schemes are completed and opened to guests.

Dominus acquired the freehold to its current headquarters, 14A Shouldham Street, in 2018 and invested over £3 million in a comprehensive refurbishment to create over 5,600 sq ft of Grade A office space. As a result of the move, anticipated to take place in September, Dominus intends to sell 14A Shouldham Street with the building worth an estimated £9.5 million, and within walking distance of Marylebone Station, Baker Street, Edgware Road and Marble Arch.

Preet Ahluwalia, Chief Executive Officer, Dominus, said:

“As we continue to scale the business, we need to ensure we have the space required to support our ambitious plans. Dominus has grown significantly over the last few years, and a larger headquarters is essential as we welcome more top talent to Dominus and ensure our team benefits from best-in-class office space. 14A Shouldham Street has played a key role in the growth of Dominus, but moving to our new office is an exciting next step in our story.”
