LONDON – 31st March – Dominus has today announced the launch of Dominus Hospitality, its hotel management platform responsible for its growing operational hotel portfolio.
Since 2011 Dominus has developed 15 hotels, totalling more than 4,000 keys, and has retained ownership of five, which are managed by its Dominus Hospitality platform. Dominus has launched Dominus Hospitality as part of its operational real estate strategy to grow its annual revenue from its operating hotels to more than £100 million by 2026. The five hotels are owned by Dominus and operated by Dominus Hospitality, trading under Hilton and Marriott brands as part of franchise agreements.
With UK hotel transactions reaching £5.75 billion last year, Dominus has appointed an expert leadership team to Dominus Hospitality to oversee its plans to grow its portfolio of hotels, provide a best-in-class guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Dominus Hospitality is overseen by Preet Ahluwalia, Principal Director at Dominus, and led by Matt Williams, Director of Hotels. The leadership team also includes Jacquelane Airnes, Commercial Director; Marc Saunders, Marketing Director; Maria Forsberg, Senior Director of Revenue; Akshay Kukreja, Director of Revenue; Michael Davies, Head of Finance; Vincent Chan, Group Finance Manager; and Krisztina Nemeth, Director of Human Resources.
Advising Dominus on its growing hotel portfolio and its investment strategy and relationships with third-party capital partners is Martin Quinn, Strategic Advisor & Director. He has over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry across all aspects including acquisitions and disposals, organisational restructurings, finance, asset management, and brand strategy.

Dominus’ operational portfolio of hotels comprises The Dixon, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection in Tower Bridge, and Lost Property, a Curio Collection by Hilton in St Paul’s, a Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford, and two Hampton by Hilton hotels in Bath and London City. All of which are Green Key Accredited, highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainability.
Dominus has four hotels in its development pipeline at sites across London – delivering more than 1,200 keys – including the transformation of a 20th century former bank office into a new 237-room Curio Collection by Hilton on Great Tower Street in the City of London.

Preet Ahluwalia, Principal Director at Dominus, said:
“The launch of Dominus Hospitality will enable us to build on our success as we look to grow our annual recurring revenue and add to our portfolio of hotels. Our new team members will play a key role in driving the success of our hotels and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. We remain convinced by the strong fundamentals of the sector – with international tourist numbers forecast to recover to pre-covid levels – and are actively looking to acquire more sites in prime locations.”
Matt Williams, Director of Hotels at Dominus Hospitality, said:
“This is an exciting time for Dominus Hospitality, with a highly experienced senior team in place ready to support the ambitious growth strategy and ensure guests receive a best-in-class service. “Dominus has a deep understanding of customer needs, developing and operating outstanding hotels that deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently exceed expectations. With a Curio Collection property in London and two Hampton by Hilton locations in Bath and London, Dominus is a key partner for us and we look forward to continuing our partnership, opening more hotels in primary locations.”
