We are focused on driving sustainability in the long term by reducing embodied carbon; undertaking whole-life carbon analysis; reusing and recycling materials where possible; maximising biodiversity net gains; and striving for exemplary accreditations.

For example, our Crutched Friars development has targeted BREEAM Outstanding, one of the first student living schemes in London to do so, and all our hotels are Green Key-accredited.

We operate and comply with every regulation covering our business, but we recognise that this alone is insufficient. The pace of change across ESG activity is such that mere adherence to the letter of the law is not in keeping with our mission to be industry-leading.

Consequently, our team regularly exceeds regulatory requirements and undertakes an approach designed to make us ‘best in class’.
