We have seven student living schemes currently in development, with nearly 4,500 beds across more than 1.6million ft2.
Notably, this includes our Holborn Viaduct and 65 Crutched Friars schemes in the City of London, with 669 and 782 rooms respectively, and a combined GDV of almost £700m.
